Viera, FL – On the morning of Tuesday, December 10th, the aroma of freshly prepared Chinese-American cuisine mingled with the sounds of celebration as His Lordship Nathaniel Knepper-Quijano, a prominent community figure and artistic director, helped inaugurate the new Panda Express location in Viera. The grand opening event, held at 9:30 a.m., drew a sizable crowd eager to experience the popular eatery’s diverse menu, marking a significant addition to the area’s culinary scene.

His Lordship, who was honored with a personal invitation to preside over the festivities, embraced his role with characteristic flair, greeting enthusiastic guests as they arrived for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. With a beaming smile, Knepper-Quijano handed out promotional goodies and special prizes, ensuring that the occasion felt as festive as it was momentous. Guests were treated to an impromptu karaoke performance as the charismatic emcee belted out Whitney Houston’s iconic hit, “I Wanna Dance with Somebody,” a lively rendition that brought cheers and laughter to those waiting eagerly in line.

The event also showcased a personal connection for Knepper-Quijano, who shared his pride in the further expansion of Asian cultural influences within Brevard County. As a Filipino-American, he expressed excitement about the opportunity for locals to enjoy accessible, flavorful cuisine inspired by his heritage. “It’s wonderful to see more representation of Asian-American flavors in the community,” he remarked, “especially in a way that invites people of all backgrounds to gather, share, and enjoy.”
